Pertinently, the Commission is promoting public awareness through the instrumentality of the customer relationship management to further enhance the corporate image, integrity; increase customer confidence in the industry and foster and fine-tune perception of Nigerians towards lottery.
It further encourages them to embrace the lottery industry as a potential money spinner if its resources are well galvanised.
The current improvement is to increase the synergy between the Commission and its operators to help promote lottery for good causes for our society.
More so, Over a decade, the commission had worked towards the development of ideas to strengthen her image, expand her scope, accommodate varied dimension of technology to enhance efficiency with state of the art facilities to further enhance integrity in the industry.
This involved birthing ideas to sanitise the Nigerian populace at all levels on the potentials of the industry and its impact on the socio-economic development of the individuals.
New age lottery operators, permit holders and promoters of lottery schemes have tapped into this new drive and seen the importance of operating lottery within the ambit of transparency by engaging in personal humanitarian service; therefore, expanding the function of good causes.
