The inauguration ceremony of the Minister of Education, Prof. Tahir Mamman at the International Conference Centre yesterday 21st August, 2023, had guests and well-wishers from all walks of life, especially in the North-East Geopolitical region entertained with Organo Coffee beverage.
In an interview with Dr. Olufemi Imiegha, CEO of Avrum Group of Companies, and Organo Ruby Coffee enthusiast who spearheaded the Coffee Fest, he said the need to entertain more than 1000 guests is a way to create awareness of the rewarding health benefits of drinking Organo Coffee.
Recalling his first encounter with the coffee, he said he stopped taking coffee in the 1980s after an unpleasant experience. But his love for coffee re-kindled when he was introduced to Organic Coffee.

“The calmness I felt after my first experience spurred me into extensive research about the coffee. I realized that Organo coffee is calm because it is non-caffeinated like many other brands in the market. It is made from organic Ganoderma lucidum, a mushroom that improves health conditions. It addresses hypertension, boosts immunity, prevents cancer, improves healthy living, and facilitates one’s healing process. The infusion of mushrooms in the coffee makes it stand out” he explained.
He waved off the fact that it is an elitist drink. But agreed it is instead an exquisite drink because it was once reserved for royal families. He added that the Minister is an Organic Coffee enthusiast and his inauguration ceremony is a way of encouraging attendees to adhere to healthy living.
The Convener, Honourable Abdulrahman in his address congratulated the celebrant for the well-deserved appointment. He went on to enjoin him to be of service to the people throughout his tenure as a minister.
“You must try your best to give your best at all times. You have been chosen to serve the people and not yourself, “ he advised.
The event had in attendance seasoned past and present politicians and political offices holders like Governors, Senators, House of Representatives members, Chieftains from various parties, heads of parastatals, academic, first class Emirs and other distinguished Nigerians.
The event came to an end with a vote of thanks from the celebrant who promised to apply global best practices in executing the policies of the ministry.
Dr. Olufemi Imiegha, obtained a Degree in Accounting. He retired in 2022 as Head of the Account Department of the Nigerian Petroleum Resources of NNPC in January 2022 after 35 years of meritorious service to the nation.
After retirement, he established AVRON Group of Companies Limited, a conglomerate of Avrum Restaurants, Hotels and Bars, Avrum Cargoes and Logistics, Avrum Properties, and Real Estates, and Avrum Consulting Limited.
Imiegha is a Member Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN), and many other professional bodies.
Through his vast experience in wealth creation, he has created a new dimension to financial freedom by empowering hundred of youths through Organo Coffee. He enjoins politicians to use the opportunity therein in Organo Coffee to empower youths.
