The Association of Nigerian Authors (ANA) Abuja Chapter held its annual general meeting/election on Thursday April 19, 2018 at Savannah Suits Hotel, area 3, Abuja. Halima Usman is to lead the chapter’s affairs for the next two years.
Members commended the Ben Ubiri led administration for conducting the freest, credible, transparent and peaceful election in the history of the chapter. He (Ubiri) promised he will always be there for the chapter.
Usman on behalf of her team appreciate her predecessor and his team for the support given and sacrifices made toward rebranding the chapter. She vowed to build on the structures built so far.
