One of the requirements of the National Lottery Regulatory Commission (NLRC) is for an operator or permit holder to branch out and utilise effectively the national lottery permit or licence.
Thus, in meeting up with this regulatory task, Dakinda has embarked on a tour in Lagos state, the city capital Abuja and other States to strategise with management of tertiary schools and sports centres;
this is however to enable them engage youths above 18 in the scheme than engaging in vices detrimental to both their family, themselves and society at large while in school.
The ongoing exercise has attracted millions of Nigerians like the Lagos state association of coaches to the Penalty Game; people from rural areas break barriers of distance to purchase tickets and play penalty game (through their loved ones) against the monthly draw.
The Executive Chairman and his team also reassured Nigerians game will be brought to their door steps as soon as possible.
