Cultural transmission is the utmost inheritance of man, however, those who understand the pertinence of ancient but dynamic culture and traditions can testify to the fact that without it being inculcated in a child’ upbringing, it can lead to dimential condition that can jeopardize a life of any victim.
To avoid circumlocution, this reminds us of the Grand visit and acceptance of the All Progressive Congress APC led by Comrade Adams Oshiomhole and other well meaning Nigerians to tap from the ocean of wisdom and of royalty.
It is no doubt that Edo is in light again. A child who makes his father proud always receives the blessings of his proud father. This was evidential in the grand acceptance of the APC in Edo state to mark a new beginning of greatness again.
The atmosphere was likened to that of the United Arab Emirates, one would vow that photographs were not a reflection of the ancient Benin City as the highly esteemed guests were finely honoured by the most Royal Father, the Oba of Benin Kingdom.
A description cannot define the actuality of the event but on a short word, Ize Iyamu is a Blessed Son of Edo land and the people acknowledged that. The visit which reflects the flag off of the APC in regards to the September Governorship election witnessed a land slide attendance and support. Indeed, Dr. Osagie Ize-Iyamu has found favour in the sight of his people as he has shown beyond all reasonable doubt that he is Edo and Edo is Ize Iyamu.
The movement witnessed the likes of Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, State Governors, Members of the House of Representatives and the Red Chambers, Ministers, Federal Commissioners, business men and women and other notable supporters.
Come September 19, Edo will massively decide. This imperatively is in peace and tranquility of the electoral process as Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu POI and Mallam Gani Audu MGA are preachers of peace and transparency. Indeed, come September, Edo will return to the promise land.
