Dr. Lois Otse Adams Founder, Udukhotse Foundation

On behalf of the Founder, Dr. Lois Otse Adams, the Board of Trustees of Udukhotse Foundation, members, and volunteers, I want to express our gratitude to God for enabling us to make yet another positive impact in the lives of those who truly need it during this Season of love.

Our collective theme for this year’s outreach in Abuja is “Join us to aid,” which inspired us to reach out to individuals who share the same values, encouraging them to join us in expanding the humanitarian work that Udukhotse Foundation has dedicated itself to.

I sincerely appreciate those who responded to our call within a short notice, contributing to bringing smiles to the faces of those in need. I extend heartfelt thanks to the Teens Church of Jesus Embassy, led by Pastor Sola Olukoya and Pastor (Mrs.) Titi Olukoya, and under the supervision of their teacher, Mrs. Funmi Arowolo, for partnering with us. Furthermore, I express gratitude to the Life Changers Orphanage Home for welcoming us today.

Last year, we visited the Amazing Grace Home for the Elderly in Abuja, and I want to express our appreciation to our volunteers during that visit for being a source of inspiration and for their significant contributions.

I want to acknowledge and appreciate those who stepped out of their comfort zone this year to join us at the Life Changers Orphanage Home in Wumba Apo. Your goodwill shall not go unnoticed.

I would like to inform you that on this same day, 23rd December, the Foundation has collaborated with the Usagbe Club of Nigeria, through its sports development initiative, to impact the people of Edo North. The Founder will be coaching the youth in the sport of Badminton, focusing on charity-based efforts, with the aim of diverting the youth from the streets, in addition to the Foundation’s ongoing efforts.

In the spirit of love, passion, and care, the Founder has committed herself from 26th December to the New Year, working with the Catholic Diocese of Auchi to honor the late priest, Rev. Fr. Christopher Ogedegbe, who tragically passed away a year ago. These collaborations are vital in human development, reflecting our core values.

Undoubtedly, your presence today and support will elevate the Foundation, enabling us to engage in more impactful programs for society’s benefit.

Udukhotse Foundation, established about 10 years ago, aims to assist people living with disabilities, the elderly, students in rural areas, the girl-child, and the less privileged.

I urge everyone to make sacrifices to uplift humanity and create a better world.

Cos-lewisa Osigbemhe
Accountant, Udukhotse Foundation
