A Nigerian communication expert and creative writer, Dr. Lois Otse Adams, has felicitated with IRSBACCOM University, Parakou, the Republic of Benin as the school holds its matriculation ceremony on 18th February, 2023.
“I congratulate the new students, the management of the school, and the entire school community for this great feat. I further commend the school for its impactful programs over the years.” she said.
She noted her primary commitment to keeping in touch with the school.
While apologise for not attending the ceremony, the prolific writer said she and her family, like every other eligible Nigerians, were preparing to exercise their civic rights stipulated as Nigeria goes to the polls later this month and in early March.
In her letter, she assured that; “my plan to visit is still intact but for the general elections, I will not be able to travel within this period to 13th March 2023.”
She promised to visit the school in May 2023, or any other suitable dates made available.
She reiterated her commitment to continue to be of value to the prestigious institute. She thanked all and extended her warm regards to the school’s management team.
Recall that during the ocassion of the Honorary Doctorate Degree held in Lagos where notable personalities were recognized, the University found Adams worthy based on her works and made a commitment to offer her Visiting Lecturer Job in its Department of Mass Communication and Creative Arts.
Irsbaccom University was founded in 2010 by Dr. Julien Chambi Atchade with its headquarters in Parakou, a city in the northern region of the Republic of Benin. The school, over the years, has become a learning centre for students all over Africa and beyond.
